Roti Boy Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 eggs,
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons water
- Topping :
- 1 1/3 Cup (160gr) Confection Sugar
- 1 Stick Butter (8Tbsp) + 6 Tbsp or 200 gr Butter, softened
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup (200 gr) All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
- A pinch ground cinnamon
- Bake 325F for 10 -12 minutes
