Roti Boy Recipe

Ingredients

  •   1/2 cup white sugar
  •   1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  •   1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  •   4 cups bread flour
  •   2 eggs,
  •   6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  •   2 teaspoons salt
  •   2 teaspoons water
  • Topping :
  • 1 1/3 Cup (160gr) Confection Sugar
  • 1 Stick Butter (8Tbsp) + 6 Tbsp or 200 gr Butter, softened
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cup (200 gr) All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp coffee dissolved in 1 Tbsp water
  • A pinch ground cinnamon
  • Bake 325F for 10 -12 minutes
