Tempe Mendoan

Ingredients :

1 tbsp bumbu putih

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp white pepper powder

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp kencur

1 tsp coriander 

1 tsp turmeric 

1 1/4 cup cake flour 17 tbsp

1/2 cup rice flour 8 tbsp

1 1/4 cup water

Direction :

Prepare a bowl

Mixed all dry ingredients

Add water

Mixed well

Cut thin slices tempe

Put tempe on batter

Chopped scallions and put in batter

Fry in deep oil until golden brown

Served with sweet soy sauce mixed with hot pepper
