Ingredients :
1 Pack Dried Shiitake
1/2 Cup Sambal or (diced chili pepper)
3 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Sugar (or as desire)
Direction :
Prepared a bowl with water, soaked dried shiitake over night
Preheat skillet with a little bit of oil
Sautee the garlic
Add sambal or diced chili pepper
Pour drained shiitake to skillet
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar
Mixed well and cook it through.
Taste it, adjust the flavor by adding more salt or sugar as needed
